This week went by really fast I think. The research paper had a rough start to it. I was very confused and was very unsure what to do. I only have my conclution on my rough draft to do now. It's going really good now. I had my parent teacher confrences Thursday and I realized I need to work a lot harder. Now with school softball coming up, school is really going to be kicking my butt! I actually really can't wait to start lifting for softball, the conditioning can wait though! :)
My weekend has been pretty good! Friday I went over to my friend Kaitlyn's house and we went to the West Jeff vs. Licking Heights game. Before the game Kaitlyn (Huddy) tried to curl my hair and we used a crap ton of hair spray because my hair is naturaly straight and is wayy hard to curl. My hair ended up frizzing out so we had to wash it and dry and and I decided to just go straight. :) We met up with my West Jeff friends and hung out with them in the student section. Their colors are brown and gold and I had Gahanna clothes on so I kind of stood out a lot! I also got to see my sister there. She graduated from Licking Heights last year so she went to see some old friends and I got to see her for the first time in a while.
Saturday I woke up at 5:30 a.m. to go to Wright State University for a softball clinic. It was out side so the morning was freezing!!!! It was actually pretty cool because Crystal Bustos' (USA Olympic Softball Player) hitting instructor was there. He also worked with the Chinese softball Olympic team. He was really good. at the end of the clinic we were split up into 4 teams and played actual games. My team was actually really good for just meeting eachother that day. There were 3 pitchers on our team and I got to pitch an inning and did amazing. Struick a few girls out on my rise, screw and curve ball! We left at 4 and headed for home and I was out the whole way home. Rachel called me and asked to so something, you know the usual weekend. I picked her up and we went to the boys soccer game and watched them kick butt. I stayed at her house that night.
Sunday Rachel and I got up early and went to church with her mom and brother. We went to Max and Ermas after for lunch. We went home and played just dance untill we got tired. We then did what we were told to do and tried to study for history and ended up falling asleep! Fun weekend!
