So I'm really tired today and I just got done reading the sixteenth chapter and almost fell asleep!  Not good! I'm really hoping we dont have a test monday because I really dont do good on quizes, even if I study! I'm really excited for this weekend because im going to West Jeffersons homecoming, then my aunts having a huge party and then Sunday is our first choir concert, I have a feeling this week is going to go by so slow! For some reason I really dont want to go to school tomorrow, and I think its because I have an intro to theater test I havent studied for tomorrow, not smart :/ It's starting to get really cold out and I dont like it! I miss the summer!!! I feel like im rambling, but I dont really know what to say! My weekend has been pretty good! I went shopping Friday with my best friend Rachel and then Saturday I went to the JV football game and then hung out with my other best friend Mark Daniels. Today I went looking for homecoming dresses and did homework. Fun day! Tomorrow I'm sopossed to take my 2nd driving class and I don't want to go because I find them extreamly boring! Alright, I'm done rambling! lol! (:

When I was about eight my Aunt Brooke go the book To Kill A Mockingbird and read it to my brother and I when ever we were with her.  We never got totally through the book but we got pretty far.  To be honest I dont remeber a single thing that happened in the book.  I have to admit the first chapter was boring like Mr. Potter said it would.  Im getting into the book a little bit.  It is super hard for me to get into a book and actually sit down and enjoy reading but this ones getting there.  I thought I would do terrible on the quiz we had over the book, but i did pretty well, except for the vocab I forgot about.  Im really enjoying this class and it would probably be one of my favorites!

Essay! :(

Honestly i really don't like writing this essay! It was too easy and i felt like it was pointless! I kinda like the poetry stuff. I hate reading so the short poems are actually really nice. I like when the class talks about the poem and what it means to them because it really helps me understand the meaning behind the poem. I actually reallyu like this class and it's one of my favorites!

I liked splitting up in groups today and reading the poems together. In my group we talked about what each poem ment to us then answered the questions. I liked reading the poems today because they were about courage and courage is huge! I think having courage is a huge personality trait to have and shows a lot in a person.

I usually hate reading short stories or any stories at all. Today we read the poem "The Road Not Taken." I actually really enjoed this poem! I like reading short poems that get me thinking and actually mean something. What i took out of the poem was that there are different roads you can take and if you take the road less traveled (making the right decision) it could make all the difference in the world!
